what can i do to help my gums grow back naturally?

my dentist informed me two months ago that I have an alarming amount of gum recession and some periodontal disease. my dentist gave me a deep cleaning that seems to help alot but my gums still appear to be receding! I'm in a panic and depressed about it, I know it can grow back naturally but I have no idea on how to make that happen! part of the gum receding problem was caused to brushing too hard/too much & dry mouth (caused by both too much brushing & not enough water intake), it was most severe in the back at he molars. the gums has come back quite a bit in the back but now the front gums are receding, I feel pain & gum irritation in the front almost every day. my upper two front teeth are already a bit wobbly from brushing too hard/too much, I think the gum is still receding there! I've been keeping the gums clean with flossing and very light brushing, what else can I do to encourage gun regrowth?

Gum recession can occur because of traumatic bite, faulty brushing, periodontal problems in relation to teeth and smoking. It is an irreversible process. If gum recession is very mild, then gums can grow back but if it is severe, then you have to get gingival graft surgery for this. There is no natural way for gums to grow in case of severe recession. Avoid brushing too vigorously and if there is traumatic bite present, then get it corrected. it will not grow back, you'll need to get skin from your cheek grafted onto your gums.

If the problem came from brushing too hard and not drinking enough water then you need to buy a softer toothbrush and brush softer and very carefully. Maybe use mouth wash if doing this leaves your mouth feeling dirty. Also increase your water intake. Drink a bottle of water on your way to work and during lunch or just try to drink water instead of the usual drinks that you would otherwise be drinking.

restore your natural gums. Eat the right foods good for your teeth and gum. I have read this blog and I guess it will help you also.
